The City of Hermosa Beach is a Transit Access Pass (TAP) vendor where you can purchase or load a Metro Transit Access Pass/TAP Card. Discounted rates are available for 30-day passes with a special reduced fare TAP card.

Seniors with Alzheimer’s disease can provide (via a family member) the Hermosa Beach Police Department with their personal information and family contact information.

Vacation Check Program
Hermosa Beach residents who are leaving town for a period of time can request that vetted volunteers from our Volunteers in Policing program (VIP) and/or Police Officers conduct exterior checks of their homes.
